What is the minimum order?
Mixed containers are welcome. The minimum depends on the model and configuration, and different models can share one container. Tell us which models you are planning and we will confirm the minimum for your order.
How long does production take?
15–30 days after the order is confirmed, depending on the model and optional equipment.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. Sample vehicles are the same as our production vehicles. A single sample is priced above the bulk order price; if you go on to a bulk order, the difference is credited against that order. We confirm the amounts in your quote.
How are prices, payment and shipping arranged?
We quote each order based on the models, configuration, quantity and destination. Payment and shipping terms follow standard international trade practice and are confirmed in your quote.
Which certification do you supply?
European customers receive EU T3-compliant versions, with the speed limited as the certification requires. For other markets, the speed limit can be set up to 90 km/h.
How do you check vehicles before shipment?
Every order goes through our standard pre-shipment inspection process before loading, and we send photos and short videos while your vehicles are produced and loaded.
Do you offer OEM / ODM?
Yes. From colours to your own brand, we discuss OEM / ODM projects around your product requirements and target markets.
What about spare parts?
Your first container ships with a kit of common wear parts, such as spark plugs, filters, brake pads and belts, so your customers are not kept waiting.
What after-sales support can I expect?
Send us a question on WhatsApp or email and you get an answer within 12 hours. If a vehicle needs troubleshooting, we can join a video call and work through it with you.
Can I use your marketing material?
Use our product videos, ad films and photos in your own market, free of charge. We can add subtitles in your local language.
Do you protect my sales area?
Once you reach the annual volume we agree together, we will not appoint a second dealer in your area.
